1)For PRE ORDERS,we will only place our orders from the factory on every 16th and 30th of every month.The cut off date will be on every 15th and 29th at 11pm.There will only be 2 shipment from China every month.
2)Customers upon payment will receive an e mail invoice for order confirmation.
3)It is estimated that the shipment would only be in within 3 weeks after we have placed the order from the factory.It is worth the wait as we offer trendy and fashionable clothes at low price.Comfortable material too!!!!!!!!
4)If there are any items that are out of stock,we would do a full refund and before doing that we will inform the customer.Althernatively,customers could choose to hold on to the credits available and use it for the next order.It is to customers preferance.
5) We will inspect items carefully before posting out. Customers are to take note of size measurements stated when making purchase as once purchase, Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
6)Exchange is only possible if we sent the wrong items to customers and we will bear the postage fees.
7) We regret to inform that we do not conduct 'meetups' or 'cash on delivery.
8)All items are PRE ORDERS from China.
9)Our clothes looks the same as what is shown in the photos.We only sell trendy and comfortable clothes.However please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph maynot correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.Because of different producing batch,measurement might be deviation of 2-3cm.
